Preparation
I have a bunch of items in my garage, do I need to clear the area?
We do advise that you remove all your items that are on the floor prior to the installation. We can help with heavy items such as washers, dryer, and refrigerators, but please unplug them prior to your installation.
How is the concrete prepared?
Proper concrete preparation is critical to achieving a durable and long-lasting finish. That’s why we use a diamond grinding method to prepare the surface, avoiding the need for acid washing. Grinding the floor also eliminates stains and blemishes.
I have cracks in the floor, can you fill those?
Yes, the majority of the time cracks and divots can be filled. Excessive or large cracks usually will incur an additional fee.
Can you remove the existing epoxy or paint currently on the floor?
Yes, this is part of the prep process.

How many colors are there?
We carry 12 stock colors and we also provide an option for you to create custom colors.

How long before I can walk on my floor?
The process to install typically takes 2 days and we ask you wait 24 hours before walking on the floor and 72 hours before driving a vehicle.

Does Epoxy Pro Services offer any warranties or guarantees?
Yes, we offer warranties and guarantees on all of our epoxy coatings. We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied with the results.
How do I clean epoxy floors if I make a spill?
FOR MINOR SPILLS
Spills can be easily cleaned up by wiping with a paper towel, soft cloth, or clean rag. You may use a small amount of SimpleGreen or Dawn dishsoap or any pH neutral detergent diluted with water.
FOR TOUGH STAINS
For tougher stains or spills, use a soft-bristled brush or scrubber to gently scrub the affected area. Avoid using abrasive tools like steel wool or metal brushes, which can scratch the epoxy surface.

Cash and check is preferred. We also accept credit cards which will incur an additional fee.
Can you epoxy the living room in my home?
Yes, epoxy is not limited to garages. We can epoxy interior areas of the home and also patios.
